The simple answer is, so I can continue to 'follow my bliss', by giving full time and effort to designing and maintaining the Myths-Dreams-Symbols website and providing qualified, skillful and understandable {and FREE} interpretations to dreams posted at the MDS Dream Forum.
After 15 years of study and application of Jungian psyche in my personal life {Individuation Process}, and 10 years of practical experience in dream interpretation, I have developed a pronounced 'intuitive' sense that provides me with the necessary skills to interpret dreams with great success {which you can determine for yourself at the MDS Dream Forum}. Using Jungian psyche and dream psychology as the standard to analyzing dreams, combined with this 'intuitive sense', coupled with developed people skills {People contact-I worked in public health codes enforcement for 12 years and have been self-employed contractor for most of the past 30 years}, I believe I have an ability to 'read' dreams using Jung's philosophies. I sincerely believe, and this is from my practical work with dreams, there is not a dream that can not be understood and interpreted. This belief is supported in the many interpretations I have given at the MDS Dream Forum, and from the responses to those interpretations. The evidence is 'self evident', empirical evidence from thousands of interpretations I have given over the course of my studies and practice.
Bliss & Fulfilment
With each successful interpretation the dreamer goes away with a better understanding of them self. That is my goal with every interpretation. From that I receive a 'spiritual' boost, knowing I have help provide an understanding of the 'inner' workings of the unconscious mind. It is very satisfying, as 'following one's bliss' is supposed to be. It is fulfilling and gratifying to help others. It is an example of the 'spiritual aspect', the Self, that higher aspect we all possess {according to Jungian psyche}. Creative and spiritual. It is 'soul' work, the bliss my own soul and psyche seeks to do with the rest of my life.
I am consciously working toward that day I am able do this full-time, providing more interpretations with greater depth and thought, and to expand and refine the contents that showcases 'Jungian psyche', the 100+ pages I have created over the past 10 years at Myths-Dreams-Symbols..
