I have now studied the psychology of C.G. Jung for a little over two years. This, of course, is just the beginning of my studies. To understand Jung requires additional study in a number of areas. That having been said, access to a Jungian's Dream Dictionary would prove most helpful as I complete my midlife transition.

I have worked with my dreams for over 25 years learning to interpret what I receive and how it fits with my daily existence. I am sought out occasionally to interpret another's symbols and this is why I am registering today---I need a dictionary of symbology to further my discernment of the symbols I was asked about.

Theresa - Lenexa, KS, USA - 50
I think I am glad to have found you...I strickly believe in the anicent ways of seeking and doing things regarding knowledge...I believe in the ancestors and being led by them...thus...they led me to you regarding a dream I had so...I will see what you have to offer and what the ancestors are trying to tell me.

I have some of the strangest dreams. Most of the time, no one can make a thing of them, especially since many symbols would be different for me than for other people-my father is a martial artist, so a sword would be differnt. I work at a stable and around other animals often, so animal symbolism-especially horses would be different. I'm also prone to what I believe are past-life dreams. I find your site so hepful!

Dreams ... the final frontier?

Patrick - Worcester, Ma. USA - 53
Carl Jung is one of my favorite writer, as are Joseph Campbell, Edward Edin- ger,and M. Franz Harding. I plan to inter- grate some of their concepts in a coming book. As a recipient of different SSRIs for a bipolar condition and a B.A. in psychology I take note of differing types of dreams and dreamstates to reveal to myself aspects of myself that I might otherwise not "see". I am using some of CGJ.'s writings on al- chemy to supplement studies on mystic tradi- tions, with an eye to re-establish a more easily accessible "theosis" on an emotional/ spiritual,i.e., level of love; this because I believe that becoming more familiar and articulate with emotional/spiritual phenom- ena might provide me with the skills to make "effable" the "ineffable".

I love the website and have been working in a great Jungian dream group for 8 years. Our group is led by an Episcopalian priest, retired, who attended the Jung Institute and still works with Robert Johnson.

I'm certified to teach secondary psychology and biology and retired 3 years ago as Science Department Chairman at an independent school. I stay at home now with 3 German Shepherds and spend a great deal of time and energy on reflection, reading, journaling, and other such inner work (i.e., outwardly I'm a bum).

Axl - Toronto,ON,Canada - 25
